Stacy

Certified Veterinary Technician

Stacy has loved animals her whole life. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician who has been in this profession for over 35 years. She has been with GVH since moving to Montana in 2014. Her passion is nursing care. She strives to make each animal’s visit to the hospital as painless and stress free as possible. When not at work she shares her life with her husband, 2 adult children, a horse, 2 dogs and 3 cats. She loves riding her horse, gardening, sewing and road trips with her husband and dogs.

Kayla

Veterinary Assistant

Kayla is originally from Belgrade, Montana. She is currently in college to become a Certified Veterinary Technician through the Penn Foster College program. Kayla enjoys huskies and someday would like to accomplish her dream of becoming a sled dog musher. Most of Kayla’s spare time is spent outdoors, hiking and camping with her husky Sansa Mae. Kayla has a passion to work with animals and show her compassion to people and their pets.

Taleah

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Taleah, a student at Montana State University, is studying pre-veterinary animal science as well as Hispanic studies. She is a member of the MSU Climate Solutions Group and the MSU Polo Club. In her free time you’re likely to find her horseback riding, hiking, thrifting, skating, weightlifting, or spending quality time with her family and friends. Taleah has always had a soft spot for animal companions and has three additional family members at home: her Manx Douglas, her yellow lab Neena, and her brother’s mix Roma (her sister refers to Neena and Roma as the Portly Princesses).Taleah has loved animals since a young age and would like to continue a career in caring for them. After completing her undergraduate degree she would like to take a gap year and work with an exotic animal veterinarian before attending veterinary school.

Sam

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Sam is originally from Virginia where she graduated from Virginia Tech with her bachelor’s degree in animal science in 2022. She moved to Montana shortly after graduating and has been with Gallatin Veterinary Hospital since then. She is passionate about all aspects of veterinary medicine, but most of all she loves being involved in surgical procedures. Sam is one of the golden retriever lovers at Gallatin Veterinary Hospital and has two of her own – River and Goose. When Sam isn’t at work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and appreciating the beauty of nature.
